A: Our main products covers High power LED High Bay Light, Led Flood Light. Mosun ensures the products to be of perfect quality. We perform 100% functional and final test for all of our finished products. All of our products are strictly tested according to the CE and RoHS standards.

Q: What’s our after-sales service?

A: The warranty time is five years. Within Warranty period, if under the usage of instruction sheet, any product broken or damage, we will offer the repair service for free or replace for free. Beyond the warranty days, we continue to provide life-long maintenance services mainly for the power supply and some core components.

Products can be replaced for free within three years after sale if it cannot use due to the quality problems, in the precondition of non-artificial damage. We will pay for the freight.

Warranty time is start with the date of manufacturer, if any special circumstances, the user, sales agents, manufacturers can negotiate.

Even if within the warranty period, if the following occurs, certain maintenance costs will be charged:

  1. The malfunction and damaged caused by incorrect use, the unauthorized repairs and alteration.
  2. The damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, other natural disasters and secondary product damage.
  3. The product malfunction caused by the fall and transportation failures after purchase.
  4. The product malfunction caused by not in accordance with the user manual operation.
  5. The malfunction and damaged caused by the other barriers (man-made factors or external device).
  6. The repair after warranty period, we offer repair with part of the products: power supply and LED, and charging only the costs of such components
